Payment Information
• All registrations must include a non-refundable $100 deposit. The deposit is applied to total fees.
• Make checks/money orders payable to Scottish-American Cultural Society of Ohio, Inc. or SACSO, Inc.
• Other Payment Options may be available, please contact the Registrar for more information.
• An NSF fee of $25.00 will be assessed for any check returned for non sufficient funds (NSF).
• Please inform us if you will be receiving a scholarship so that we may deduct that from your total due.
• All registrations* and payments are due by Friday, May 30, 2008. However, we will accept late registrations* and payments until Friday, June 13, 2008
when they include a $25 late fee.

Withdrawal/Refund Policy
• If you are unable to attend for any reason, please call us as soon as possible.
• Written notification received on or before Friday, June 13, 2008 - Refund of fees paid, less non-refundable deposit.
• Written notification received after Friday, June 13, 2008 - No Refund. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Registration Confirmation
Once your registration is accepted, you will be sent emails with your balance due and an .pdf attachment including more specific information about OSAS (ie: what to bring, sample schedule, etc.). To ensure you receive this email, simply add pamkilpatrick@ohioscottishartsschool.org to your address book. If you do not hear from us within 2 weeks, please contact us!
